It all starts with the precious juniper berries from the different regions of Tuscany. Only the best berries, hand-picked with patience and care, are chosen to be an integral part of the exclusive NICEY Gin. A magical infusion of cranberries from the Austrian Tyrol, cinnamon sticks from the island of Sri Lanka and lemon and orange peel from Italy combine to create a symphony of sweet and spicy aromas.

The journey continues across the Asian continent with the addition of ginger from Asia, which gives the gin a spicy note and bold character. Coriander from Ukraine, turmeric from India, nutmeg from Sri Lanka, cloves from Indonesia and cardamom from Guatemala combine to add extraordinary complexity to the flavour.

But NICEY Gin would not be complete without the touch of home. Strawberries grown with love and passion in the immediate vicinity of the distillery, juicy Mediterranean figs and an elaborate balsamic vinegar from Modena give the gin an unmistakable freshness and sweetness.

Each element is carefully selected and combined with pure barley alcohol, made from barley malt from the best growing areas of Europe. For the distillation process, pure, crystal-clear water flows from Swiss glaciers, over a variety of mineral rocks in the Swiss mountains, the ‘water castle’ of Europe. This special water refines the wonderful NICEY Gin, bringing it to the perfect alcohol content of 41% vol.
